My Pledge to You
The following principles represent the commitment I make to you, my client that I am privileged to be of service to. I pledge I will: - Ask questions and listen to you in order to fully understand your needs.
- Communicate regularly and proactively to keep you informed of the status of your transaction and to reduce the stress that is associated with uncertainty.
- Create solutions that complement your overall financial strategy, and allow you to effectively accomplish your short and long term financial goals.
- Be Sensitive to your fears that many homebuyers and sellers have about purchasing and selling your home, and earn your confidence as a trusted advisor.
- Respect your time and minimize the amount of effort required of you by applying my knowledge, experience and resourcefulness.
- Ensure smooth, on time closings with anticipated costs and terms.
- Measure my success by your willingness to confidently recommend me to others.

I pledge to: - Minimize paper usage: use of email, electronic signatures etc.
- Recycle, reuse and compost most office waste.
- Partner with designers, landscapers and builders who specialize in green building and remodeling as well as solar installation.
- Build a database of green properties in the Santa Barbara area (even if a house is not currently on the market it still may be for sale!)
- Donate a portion of my commission to green building organizations.
- Keep up my EcoBroker Certification; continued training in environmental stategies and tools for real estate professionals.
- Member of Co-Op America Green Business Network
- Volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and the Sustainability Project
